-  Used JQL to code automation tools, set up bug workflows, and create custom fields within JIRA, streamlining the bug ticketing processes and reducing unnecessary work when re-opening issues.
- Communicated with various leads to kick off console builds and test TRCs (PS) and potential CFRs (Xbox) for Wayfinder’s console submissions.
- Proactively liaised with studio leadership and internal/external QA teams to coordinate build releases, smoke tests, and content playtests for upcoming features in a timely and responsive manner. 
- Cleaned up existing studio JIRA dashboards and created tailor-made boards for various departments, allowing each team to prioritize updated and relevant issues.

- Triaged dev requests, test plan tasks, and bug testing sessions via an up-to-date internal QA Kanban board.

Austin Chapter Co-Chair

IGDA

-  Rebuilt the Austin chapter from the ground up after its dissolution in 2019 by updating/reinstating the organization’s online network and presence as well as recruiting new board members. 
- Facilitated biweekly meetings with the board to plan developer events up to 6 months in advance while reviewing and eliminating blockers, allowing for a smooth experience for the organization, venue hosts, and attendees.
- Established a collaborative relationship with industry leaders in order to feature various guest speakers at networking events.
- Proposed, planned, and coordinated with other networking communities in Austin to organize the Global Game Jam Austin 3-day hybrid experience.
